Deposit & Payment Schedule:

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 10% is required.

• Payment plans are available for bookings made more than 60 days before the retreat start date. These can be split into 2 installments:

  • 50% due at booking

  • Remaining 50% due no later than 30 days before the retreat

• For bookings made within 30 days of the retreat, the full amount is due upfront.

• Regardless of your plan, the entire balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the retreat begins.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 60 days before the retreat:
  A full refund will be issued, minus the 10% non-refundable deposit.

• 30–59 days before the retreat:
  You are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the deposit.

• Less than 30 days before the retreat:
  No refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your spot to another eligible participant.

• In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Harmonic Retreat.

Passports, Visas & Local Laws:

• It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport and ensure you comply with Italy’s entry requirements.
• Harmonic Leap is not responsible for denied entry into Italy due to passport issues, visa restrictions, or government regulations.
• All participants must comply with local laws in Italy. Any legal violations are the responsibility of the individual.

Health & Safety:

• You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the retreat activities.
• If you have any medical conditions, it is advised to consult your doctor before attending.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Harmonic Leap is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during the retreat.

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events):

Harmonic Leap is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to:

• Natural disasters, extreme weather, or global health crises.
• Travel restrictions or border closures beyond our control.
• If such events occur, we will make every effort to reschedule the retreat or offer a credit for a future retreat.

By attending the retreat, you acknowledge that:

• Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Harmonic Leap may use these images on social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.

• Harmonic Leap, its facilitators, and affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Please keep your valuables secure.
• Participation in meditations, breathwork, movement practices, and excursions is voluntary.
• By signing up, you accept full responsibility for your personal well-being and waive any claims against Harmonic Leap for injuries or losses.
